Prior to joining MKR in 2007, Mary Magnani was a Vice President at Lippert/Heilshorn and Associates, an investor relations agency, where she advised public companies on creating their investor relations programs to effectively communicate key investment messages and build relationships with Wall Street. Prior to that she served as the Head of Investor Relations at Majesco Entertainment Company, a publicly traded video game software publisher. At Majesco, she was focused on creating and executing the company’s investor relations strategy and worked to develop relationships with institutional investors. Preceding her work at Majesco, Ms. Magnani was the Manager of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications at ProCentury Corporation, a newly public specialty insurance company. Prior to ProCentury, Ms. Magnani managed investor relations programs for technology companies at Thomson Financial Corporate Group (formerly the Carson Group). Ms. Magnani started her career at Montgomery Securities (now Banc of America Securities) where she worked in both corporate finance and equity research. Ms. Magnani received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Oregon.
