Proposed Objectives and Strategies
The primary objectives of the MKR program for a public company are as follows:
- To develop an effective and comprehensive MKR communications program utilizing internal and external resources as appropriately and efficiently as possible.
- To assist management in creating and maintaining an open dialogue with the Wall Street community, while not compromising managements main priority of running the company.
- To assist and counsel management on disclosure and crisis issues.

- To contribute to the maintenance of the companys market valuation, through expanded research coverage and a continuous flow of institutional and retail interest and sponsorship.
